Tell me where to find 3D design artists?
We’re preparing a character pack for our upcoming VR game and we want to outsource the full pipeline of 3D characters — modelling, sculpting, texturing, maybe even basic animation loops. I’m concerned about quality control and ensuring the artists know what “game-ready” means (topology, LODs, engine import). Is there a service that specialises in hiring 3D character talent for games, where we can choose someone who already understands those requirements?
