Becoming a parent was a transformational experience, involving psychological, physical, and emotional changes all at once. With so many things happening, the amount of information available in this stage of our lives is without a doubt overwhelming. As parents, we must search, filter, adopt and apply the relevant information in order to provide better care for our children. We must communicate information with our health experts, store them for future events and stay on top of all care milestones, and this is certainly not easy.
